- Updated build.sh to make --dtb optional and invoke make_fitimage.sh for FIT image creation when DTB is not specified.
- Added support for new options: --metadata and --its to pass DTS and ITS paths for FIT flow.
- Modified setup.sh to clone qcom-dtb-metadata repository for FIT image metadata and ITS files.

mention what all dtbs picked , for example dtb image build consuming its configuration.
Also mention that it is mandatory to pass --dtb for bootimg format.
